Free Express Aramex Delivery (1-2 days) 

Up to 1pm, orders are dispatched on the next working day with Aramex. Our service provider, Aramex, operates 6 days a week. Friday is a no dispatch or delivery day.

There is a 20 AED charge for delivery on orders under 200 AED.

DHL Express Delivery to Saudi, Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman (3-5 days) – 30AED

Spend 400 AED and qualify for free delivery

What about taxes?

All tax is included for UAE orders. 

For international orders, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will my order be dispatched?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then it’s out for delivery.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (orders placed up to 1pm are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is out for delivery. It’s on the way!

I’m having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hi@odist.com. We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hi@odist.com.

Any delivery restrictions?

odist will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Are you cruelty free?

Absolutely. We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. We are proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free by PETA, a leading internationally recognized certification organization for cruelty-free companies. 

Can I sell the products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of odist products is only for your personal use. By purchasing odist products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your odist product but for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on our brushes. If your product is defected in anyway that’s a different matter. Please reach out to us withing 7 days of delivery to hi@odist.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—odist packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to hi@odist.com and we’ll help you place your return.

What’s your return policy?

Unfortunately we can’t offer returns on brushes for hygiene reasons. If your product is defective then please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort the rest.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note, your original delivery charges are not refunded. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hi@odist.com and we’ll be sure to get you the odist you ordered!

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at hi@odist.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards or debit cards and cash on delivery(UAE ONLY).

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at hi@odist.com. We’re happy to help!

Order Questions

How can I update my order?

Please email us at hi@odist.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfilment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid odist promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy items totalling 200AED. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.

Order Cancellation

How can I cancel an order?

Please email hi@odist.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.

Customer can cancel their only before we strt processing it so let us know ASASP! Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email hi@odist.com if you have any questions — we’re here to help.
