Orders are processed through our warehouse in Dubai and dispatched within 24 hours Sunday to Thursday.

Delivery updates are sent by email at various stages through the journey to your door.

Within the UAE we partner with Aramex and DHL on international orders.

Tracking details will be shared once your order departs from our warehouse in Dubai.

All tax is included for UAE orders. 

For international orders, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hi@odist.com. We can give you the inside info.

Don’t worry—odist packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to hi@odist.com and we’ll help you place your return.

Unfortunately we can’t offer returns on brushes for hygiene reasons. If your product is defective then please contact us and we’ll sort the rest.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards or debit cards and cash on delivery in the UAE only.

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid odist promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.
